Description of duties on the project
My duties on this project were organizing of all of the ingame animations for the characters in game. This involved working closely with the all departments when and as necessary to make sure the design of the game was faithfully being created in the game from an animation perspective. Putting animations through the pipeline into game taking into account the various memory requirements that had to be upheld.

I created a series of 'Move Trees' or 'Dependency Charts' to map out every animation in the game and also kept up to date lists of the anim names which were used so anyone could locate and see what animation would impact on others. This enabled me to make accurate decisions on any issues that would affect the Animation Department as the game design evolved.

As well as the organisational role also contributed in game animations during the project such as (Catwoman's climbing system for example).
